OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As our new Outside Sales Representative, your responsibilities will be to manage a defined sales territory, follow-up on leads from marketing, cold call new prospects, negotiate pricing and educate customers on our products. You will identify and meet with decision makers at targeted growers. You will work with the inside sales team to ensure a smooth successful customer experience. You will posses a deep understanding of out testing products with the goal to accelerate growth with each customer. Come to work everyday with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to developing relationships both internally and externally. You will generate leads and new opportunities for SLW through networking, proactive prospecting and becoming a member of the cannabis community. Attend conferences and events Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships virtually and through regular site visits to ensure maximum client success Identify strategic opportunities that generate leads Develop, grow and maintain knowledge of our products and services, competition, customer issues, market dynamics, company vision, and sales strategy Meet or exceed monthly quota that include sales totals as well as new contracts Ensure all procedures are compliant according to The Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulations you must be a self starter, be motivated to meet and exceed quota and be genuinely excited about the new legal cannabis industry.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 21 years of age or older
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of outside sales experience Proactive, optimistic, outgoing professional with energy and enthusiasm Self-motivated, dependable, punctual with laser focus on follow up Excellent listening and negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have clean driving record.
